    I have again received second email saying I am being upgraded.

    CALL me please!

    What is this? You give no details. You have no control panel except dashboard, no activity until next year 2015……..

    I apologize for the confusion. We don’t provide support over the phone, but I’m happy to help you here. It looks like the only upgrade on your account is for the domain hankamp.com shown here:

    Did you no longer want that domain? If so, I’m happy to remove it from your account immediately.

    Please note, if we cancel the domain, it will be returned to the registrar and might be purchased by someone else. Alternatively, I can help you to maintain the registration. Just let me know!
