Hello!
From what I understand you are looking at mapping your domain name to your wordpress blog. If this is correct you will need to follow the instructions here
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/The cost to map your domain is $13.00 per domain per year.
Does this resolve your question?

Hi there. Thanks for the quick reply.
1) Yes that answers the first part of the question.
2) Please answer the second part of the question:
I have my web developer working on making my blog look like my website. http://www.mfsupply.com. What upgrades do I need to make this happen? -
From what I understand if you are wanting to make your WordPress.com site look exactly like your website you will need to use the self-hosted version of WordPress.
Wordpress.COM is a free blogging tool hosted by WordPress. It comes with lots of limits.
Wordpress.ORG is the self-hosted version you download and install and run off your own servers. You can customize it anyway you want and download e-commerce plugins etc.See here for the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Does that resolve your 2nd question?
