what url to use with myfreecopyright.com?

  It tells me to enter the url for my blog’s rss or atom feed. I have no idea what this means. The support articles on feeds didn’t clarify it in this context. Please, exactly what url do they mean I should put in? Here’s what it said on their site:

  What’s a Site Feed URL?
  “A Site Feed URL is a web address which points to your computer-readable blog or podcast. It usually ends in an XML format(.xml) and begins with a Feed type such as RSS (rss.xml) or Atom (atom.xml). It’s easily identified by this symbol Check your blogging platform for further details.”

  So I’m checking with wordpress for further details. I can provide a screen shot of the place I’m supposed to enter the URL.
