what will happen to the post of removed user?

    I need to remove one user from my blog, who was a contributor. I want to know that if i remove him as a user, what will happen to the posts put by him?? will they be with his username? or what??

    It might be a bit before someone who knows comes along.

    I THINK, but I’m definitely NOT sure that the contributor’s posts revert back to the blog owners (blog owner shown as author after deleting the contributor).

    They will stay posted, but the former user will not have contributor abilities. If you are allowing Guest or anonymous posting on your blog, the former Contributor will still be able to post comments, but will not have Contributor abilities.
    To ban the person, or block their posts, go to settings, discussion, comments black list on your dashboard and follow the directions.
    I would recommend 1 entry of the email address and 1 entry of the name, that the user posted with.

    example:

    (email visible only to moderators and staff) [their email addy]
    Bootme [their nick name]
