What wordpress plugin will allow me to track traffic on every page.

  I want to track how many people click on each article from the homepage. i.e 2 clicks on Vitamin D deficiency

  That’s not possible. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins. They are only for WordPress.org installs. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
