What would cause my sidebar to stop showing up?
-
I updated my WP blog a short while ago with two new posts, and after the second post had been published, my sidebar disappeared completely. It’s just a large blank area, not showing -any- of the widgets that had previously been there (recent posts, blogs I subscribe to, admin tools, etc.)
I tried clearing the recent cache and cookies of my browser, but no change. I went into the site editor and made sure everything was still selected, and it is, so I’m unsure of how to fix it, or if it’s a temporary bug that will work itself out. I’m a little concerned though.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you, but no luck. Even though I know nothing about html (I use the visual editor only), I did check to make sure every tag had been closed. There doesn’t seem to be anything “strange” in the html of the posts.
Also, the sidebar is not “sunken” or moved, it’s simply -gone-. :/

Hi there,
I checked your site, and you currently don’t have any widgets in the sidebar area. However, you have a number of inactive widgets (so the widgets are saved with everything you put in them, just not active on the site). You can view those inactive widgets under Appearance > Widgets in your WP Admin dashboard, at the bottom of the page.
To reactivate those widgets, you can drag and drop them into your sidebar area on the Widgets page.
Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)

Thank you so much. Such a simple solution. I’m wondering how it happened in the first place, though. :/
Nevertheless, I’ll mark this as resolved. Thank you both for your time. :)
