What WP Plans offer complete custom HTML?

  I need 100% custom HTML and CSS blogging. Is the cheapest plan the premium plan? WP can’t interfere with any of my HTML.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The Business Plan gives you the greatest freedom to edit html and css. However you are not 100% free to do so. WordPress.com is a Content Management System, so you are always limited.

  If you really need 100% freedom with html and css, you beter buy yourself a domain and hosting at a third party provider.
