Whats going on? Why is the service so bad?

I just signed up for a free wordpress account – even though I have several self hosted ones, I thought the wordpress community may be beneficial – and then thought I would upgrade to premium (trial) but the instructions are so bad that I signed up one of my self hosted sites and not the free site I had just created. Now I cannot find anywhere to change that nor cancel my account – not happy
My call for help has been open for over an hour and nothing! I was hoping that my personal site would be up and running today but still getting nowhere because you will not answer me.
WordPress as self hosted is so good that I thought I would try the premium .com – I am really unhappy that this has not worked out.

Apparently this article http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/06/19/getting-wordpress-support/ suggests that support should come through within 15 minutes! Have I been black-listed?

Right I have deleted and uninstalled all jetpacks from my five wordpress sites – so there is no reason why you are going to take money from me – shame about the trial and the premium – you missed out on a good customer
