Add topic to favorites
The Whats Hot module has stopped updating content. Tried clearing browser cache. Is this a known issue? Running Twenty Fifteen theme. Thanks!

Hi writewild,

I’ve checked the Whats Hot area in your WP Admin dashboard and it appears to be up to date for me. I’m seeing “Boost Visitor Engagement and Grow Your Mailing List with the Mailchimp Block” at the top — which is the latest post on the WordPress.com blog.

Can you make a screenshot of what you are seeing and upload it to the Media Library. I’ll compare that with what I’m seeing on my end.

Hi gemmacevans,
Thank you for looking at this. I did upload the screenshot to my media library just now. (5/3/2019) It is the content of the “latest” tab that seems to have become static.

Hi there,

Can you please try the following?

1. Uncheck What’s Hot from the Screen Options

2. Refresh the page

3. Add the widget back and let it update.

About a week after fstat’s last message, the Whats Hot content started updating again. There was no more communication from WordPress. Nonetheless, I’m marking this as resolved.
