  I can’t figure out what’s going on. How do I see what others see? Is it free? What do I get with the free plan?

  How do I see what others see?

  If you go to My sites (https://wordpress.com/sites) at the upper right corner you should see a ‘Visit site’ button. If your site is public, which yours is, what you see there is what others will see.

  When I visit your page, I only see the Footer that says: “Musings of a Crone Fae, Blog at WordPress.com.”

  Is it free?

  Yes, the .wordpress.com websites are completely free. Is there anything specific that you are wondering about whether it is free or not?

  What do I get with the free plan?

  If you click to the ‘Compare our plans’ button on this site it will compare all features of the plans. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  When I “visit site” all I see is the footer, even though I have two posts “published” which I can only see if I click on “posts” in the left column. It sounds like you visited my page and only saw the footer as well. I wonder how I am supposed to get my posts on my blog, so others can see what I’ve written.

  Thank you for the further explanation.

  It sounds like you will have to change your Home page.

  Go to Appearance, then click on Customize.
  Locate the Homepage Settings option. At the ‘Your homepage displays’ section choose the latest blog post option.

  Save, publish, and refresh.

  That seemed to work on that issue. Thanks. It seems I am having trouble now when I copy/paste from my notebook to the site. It doesn’t recognize paragraph breaks or other things I did to my poem/dreams. I have to go in and add all the line breaks again.
  Also, why are all my posts except the one I just added, contained in a grey box?
  I found blogger was a lot easier to use… I don’t have time to keep asking for help. It’s not very intuitive, is it? LOL
