What’s included in the Twenty Twenty Four Theme on Personal Plan

Hello. How do I delink my header navigation from that on the footer? I have added the provacy policy and cookies pages links to the footer, but they are also appearing on the header now – which I clearly don’t need. Thanks

Hi @urujasif,
In this case, I would suggest creating two different menus, so you can have one menu for your header and another for your footer. We have information on how to do this, here: https://wordpress.com/support/menus/create-a-menu/#create-a-new-menu.
So for you, you can remove the extra menu items from your Header’s menu, then create a new one for your Footer.
Please let us know if you have any questions on this!

Hello! Please can you help with these…
– My Site Title in the header has somehow aligned in the centre, although it was always on the left, next to the logo. How do I rectify this?
– I want to add a registered trademark symbol to the company logo in the footer, but when I do it also appears in the header. How do I delink the two?
– The space/padding in the ‘page title’ area for Contact Us page (https://bluslait.co.uk/contact-us/) is too long. How do I reduce this? Many thanks!

Hi There!
In your particular case, you will have to make use of the Full Site Editing features of WordPress.com. I will share how you can fix the issues you have asked for help with.
My Site Title in the header has somehow aligned in the centre, although it was always on the left, next to the logo. How do I rectify this?
To fix this, you can edit the header of your website.
- Visit your site’s dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Editor to open the Site Editor.
- Click to select the patterns
- Click to select the header
- Click on the header to start editing
- Once you are in the screen to edit the header, Click the List view button in the top-left corner of the editor. It’s the icon that looks like three horizontal lines above each other.
- Once here, you can drag and drop the site title and place it where desire on the header. I have shared a screenshot for this https://prnt.sc/vH1-_bZIQYK-
- Save your changes
I want to add a registered trademark symbol to the company logo in the footer, but when I do it also appears in the header. How do I delink the two?
You can follow the steps:
- Visit your site’s dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Editor to open the Site Editor.
- Click to select the patterns
- Click to select the footer
- Once in the footer, click on edit the footer
- You can then add the trademark symbol there and save it in the footer template https://prnt.sc/0ANfC8NXloNr
- Save your changes
The space/padding in the ‘page title’ area for Contact Us page (https://bluslait.co.uk/contact-us/) is too long. How do I reduce this?
To do this, you can follow these steps:
- Visit your site’s dashboard.
- Navigate to Appearance → Editor to open the Site Editor.
- Click to select the templates
- Click on the pages template
- From here, you can edit the size of the spacer https://prnt.sc/780BWKopmI2I
- Save the template.
You should be good to go with these changes. I see all your requests are related to make changes to the site layout. I have shared a link to a collection of resources that give detailed instructions on how to make changes to your site layout.

Many thanks bhekincube for your detailed response.
The only thing I haven’t been able to do, is to add a ® symbol to the Site title in the footer. When I do, it starts appearing in the header too!
The other issue I have is that my first post isn’t showing. When I click on ‘See our work’ in the About Us page, I get this page (see screenshot attached).Thank you again!

I see you already added the ® symbol to the Site title in the footer : https://prnt.sc/AYIO39s0i3GS
When I click on ‘See our work’ in the About Us page
I do not see “About Us” in posts or pages. Could you please lt us know that page URL?
-
Hi, I meant the ‘About’ page. Here’s a screenshot of where the link titled ‘recent work’ is on the page…

-
Hi,
Thanks for the screenshot.
I see you have only one post in your backend:

So your Blog page will show only one post.
However, you linked only a single post link to the word “Recent Work”
So it will show only that post.
The recommended way is to create a Blog page as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/create-a-separate-page-for-blog-posts/Then you can link that Blog page to your “Recent Work” section.
I hope, that helps you.
