What’s meant to happen after I message support?

I sent a message to support yesterday and haven’t had a response yet. I need them to import my posts from XML (if it’s possible for them to) as their server stops after importing 3-4 posts and it’s going to take me forever importing that many posts at a time.
If they can’t do it, that’s fine, but I’d like to be told… :(
I am importing from a self-hosted WordPress, to WordPress.com.

You won’t get a message back till they reopen on Monday, unless it was an emergency. And definitely they won’t be importing any blogs for you before then.

Thanks for your help, I did just get a reply asking me to send my XML file. Hope it works. :)

Just to resolve the thread, it was just a case of being patient. Support got it done. :)
