What's New admin widget displays wrong blogs

    There’s a “What’s new” widget in old WP admin (I am not sure about its English name as I have it in Russian). It shows WP blog news, as well as new, popular posts and popular blogs. Supposedly, it filters only those blogs and posts that are in your own blog’s language. But in fact it doesn’t.

    My blog is in Russian. But often most of the posts and blogs in the What’s new (which is basically WP blog rating) are in Armenian, Azerbajan, Kazakh or other languages. The only things in those blogs that are in Russian are standard WP signage.

    It would be nice to either apply a better filter (based not only on what language authors set in blog settings but on the actual main language of blog writing) or let users report blogs and posts that are not in the proper language to help WP filter them like it does with blogs violating TOS.
