What's that red square at the top center of my blog when I'm signed in?

  For the past few days, whenever I’m logged-in and look at my blog, in the center of the bar at the top which includes the little traffic graph, is a red square with a white circle in it and what might be an exclamation point inside the circle.

  When I hover my cursor over it it gives my main blog address with /# on the end…

  Clicking it doesn’t change the page…

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
