What's the code to centre my main headline?

I’m using Ari by Elmastudio and want to centre my main headline. Does anyone know the code to do this? I’ve tried searching the forums but no luck.

I looked at your site and the headlines are all centered. Which particular ones are you talking about?
Also, please link your blog to your username so that people can look it up easily. At present it is impossible to look at your blog by clicking at your username.

OK I got it to centre but it only centres it within the column it’s in, and it centres ALL the headlines. I want the headline in the pictures column, is that possible? Maybe I don’t need it centred I just need it moved to a different column?

OK now I have got the correct website of yours. I was looking at your http://mylesformby.wordpress.com which looks OK in my browser.
however, to center your “MAIN headline” I assume you want to venter the text: Pavement Portraits.com. If this is so then this CSS will do the job:
h1#site-name {
text-align: center;
}If this is you don’t want then you will have to wait until WP staff are at their desk on Monday Morning who can understand your question.

when I fist posted a reply there was no mention of this. I had to assume this by clicking on his profile which happens to have something different. Is that clear?

I am still not clear what MAIN header is? Is it his/her domain address? If so then my code should work Otherwise, I give up because I don’t understand the question.
Hope this clears the matter but always post back for further clarification. Not sure I will here for another 3 hours.
