  What’s the Customer Service email address?

  I need the money refunded that your took out of my account this morning. I was trying to contact your days ago and your don’t have a customer service number. I need someone to contact me via email asap thanks Keith Wheatley

  The support docs at http://support.wordpress.com are easy to find and there are links to them all over this site, for example, at the bottom of this page and every Admin page on your site.

  To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged

  Note: Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products too likes Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to a the registered email address for each username account so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you.
