Whats the difference between wordpress.com and Wpengine

  Hi everyone,

  I’m trying to understand the difference between WordPress.com and WP Engine.

  From what I understand, both offer managed WordPress hosting, but I’m not clear on how they differ in terms of:

  • Hosting environment and performance
  • Flexibility for themes and plugins
  • Control over the site and server
  • Pricing structure
  • Suitability for business or enterprise websites

  In what situations would someone choose WordPress.com over WP Engine, or vice versa?
