What’s the easiest way to get FTP access?

  Short version: I accidentally commented out a single line in a client’s functions.php that, well, killed everything. Two freaking characters. Domain is registered in GoDaddy, site is hosted by WordPress.com — but not on a business plan or anything.

  Do I have any options to get FTP access that doesn’t involve paying $300 for a biz plan?
