Contact the web host you pay to provide you with service please. That is not a blog being hosted by WordPress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate, have different log-ins and run different versions of themes with same names. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
We provide support only for free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and not for WordPress.org software installs. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

I understand. Thanks for clarifying but I actually need help bc I don’t use this http://www.alittlepunchy.com blog. It’s the only way to get in to contact Support! There isn’t any other way to ask a question about a NEW Free blog I tried to start yesterday. I didn’t ever get a confirmation email to confirm my registration. I can’t get into the account and I can’t re-use the same user name that I tried to start Blogging with yesterday. Please help! The new user name that I’d like to use is tammyhiveley with the blog address tammy2014.wordpress.com. But it won’t let me in. ?? I’m lost and stuck in a weird hole. Thank you so much for your help!
The entire reason for starting a new blog is so I can get into wordpress.com so then I can then switch it to my wordpress.org account (wildruffle.com). All I’m trying to do it link my Wildruffle Polyvore account with my Wildruffle.com (wordpress.org) account but it won’t let me in b/c it says I have a wordpress.com account that’s not set up with a jetpack. ?? Help please please please! thank you, tammy -

Hi thiveley. I am a staff member here and I’d like to assist you.
I do not see any WordPress.com blogs associated with your thiveley username. There’s just the self-hosted site alittlepunchy.com that is running Jetpack.
It doesn’t appear that the username/WordPress.com address “tammyhiveley” has been taken, so you can log out of WordPress.com and sign up for that account if you wish.
Finally, there is no WordPress.com site tammy2014.wordpress.com. However, someone recently created the account tammy2014 to use with a self-hosted site and Akismet. If that’s your account, once it has been verified, you could create a blog at that address as well.
