  this shows in my stats as being clicked from a visitor.

  It is possible that your link came up in one of the “lists” that show in the dashboard of that user. It is also possible that you showed up in another list or they clicked on the “next” link in the admin bar which randomly brought them to you. Nothing to be scared of for sure though :)
