What’s up Word Press?
I go to embed a link into my post and when I hit “update,” it deletes my entire post.
Later, I select “preview” to see my draft and it says, “post not available.”
I edited this am on the same blog without issue.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That’s odd. Maybe you have a browser issue. Try logging out, force clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again please. Also which browser and version of it are you using? And can you try another one? -

i tried logging out of WP and closing out my browser (the same one I ALWAYS use for blogging: Firefox, version 3.6.15
but get the same response
i don’t know how to do the clear the browser cache & cookies

I found that I can publish my piece, but I cannot add images or embed links or see previews.

Try these troubleshooting techniques please as they frequently solve the issues you are experiencing.

Herw’s another possibility. Can you try doing View > Zoom > Reset in Firefox please?@theprattlingsofseverin
Compliments are very nice and we all like getting them, but the policy here is not to post into support threads where questions are asked and issues are being resolved unless you have answers please. :)Note that Staff can “fix” whatever is wrong at their end providing what’s wrong is on their end and it doesn’t sound like that is the case.

i’m not certain i followed you exactly:
i’ve shut down firefox twice, and restarted;
i went to zoom-view-reset; but I didn’t “see” anything happen.
And when I got into editing the post, I still can’t add photos or see a preview, although as I said, I could publish. I’ve never experienced this before and I have 8 WordPress blogs that I write on weekly for the past 2 years. -
