Whats with the rainbow design?

  I have used wordpress for years and been very happy with it. However when I checked my stats today I found a rainbow banner across the top of the page. Given that the meaning of the rainbow has been twisted in the past few years I would like to know why you chose to use this design without our being able to choose to keep or delete.

  As mentioned in other threads, the banner is temporary. It will eventually be removed.
