What's with the update to Photography?

Why were there no warnings about how the update to the Photography theme could cause so many problems for existing media? I have had to spend an entire morning redoing my site after media (which had worked perfectly fine before ) had so many errors.

I’m sorry to hear that you had some problems with your media when you switched over to the new and updated Photography theme. As these changes were made by the Theme Foundry, the publishers of the Photography Theme, you may want to bring up your concerns to them on the Photography forum which is available right here:
