What's wrong?

  When I’m on the main page or click to see my account, the screen locks up. A bar goes up at the top that won’t go away and won’t allow me to click on anything in my settings.

  It looks like you’re using Firefox 14.0.1.

  Would you please try upgrading to the latest release, 16.0.1?

  That thing at the top won’t go away and everything is unclickable.

  Hm, I think that’s being added by a browser add-on. Would you please try temporarily disabling all of your browser add-ons?

  If it goes away, re-enable each one individually until you find the cause.

  Would you mind sharing which browser add-on was causing this issue for your with us? I have been keeping track of the various ones that are causing these issues.

  Default Theme Engine – Personas Interactive 1.6.2.8

  It’s what allows me to use a sports theme.
