What’s wrong with my homepage?

    I’m setting up a new blog at https://quiltedaccents.wordpress.com/
    The homepage isn’t working. I made videos. Where do I post them? I’m using desktop computer.

    When I scroll, the page is divided and does not all move. Only the bottom part of the page moves, the top part stays in front of my face, while the bottom part moves up behind it. This makes it impossible to work on the bottom part. The navigation links work. But there is no official place for the title of the blog or for the tag line.

    Maybe I’m using the wrong kind of template. But what should I use? I can’t find any that work! Are there no more templates for free accounts?

    I think it’s working now. I changed theme.
