What's wrong with the SemPress Text Widget?
-
I recently began using the SemPress theme. The “text widget” isn’t working properly. Whenever I try to add a pic to the widget, it shows up extremely large and out of focus. I even tried using code from your page – http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-social-media-buttons-to-your-sidebar-or-footer/.
Here’s my code: <div><img title=”Twitter” src=”http://mystudioq.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/twitter.jpg” alt=”” width=”35″ height=”35″ />
<img title=”Bloglovin;” src=”http://mystudioq.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/heart.jpg” alt=”” width=”35″ height=”35″ />
<img title=”Facebook” src=”http://mystudioq.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/facebook.jpg” alt=”” width=”35″ height=”35″ />
<img title=”Email” src=”http://mystudioq.files.wordpress.com/2013/10/mail.jpg” alt=”” width=”35″ height=”35″ /></div>The icons are still huge: http://mystudioq.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/huge-icons.jpg.
Can you correct this or is there something I could do?
thanks,

I’ve just tested your code in a text widget and it works fine. Could you please set the widget again so I could take a look?
Thank you!

Hi Happiness Engineer,
Now I’m even more frustrated because I just added the text widget to my blog – the icons are still huge.
thanks for your help!

Thank you. It seems to be a theme issue. I’ve just removed the widget and reported the bug to our theme developers. I’ll contact you once the issue has been fixed.

Glad to see it wasn’t something I was doing!
Now I just have to be patient!
Thanks again.
