WordPress.com doesn’t have telephone support. Upgraded sites have access to Livechat support with staff but you do need to actually have a site here for that. If you have a free WordPress.com site or are planning on starting a site here/moving your site here then this is the correct place to ask questions.
However the site linked to your account isn’t hosted here. If that is the site you need help with then staff at WordPress.com have no access to it. If GoDaddy can’t help you and your site is using the WordPress.org software the correct support forum is:
