    There is an error message said need to be fix ..i want to add in free Whatsapp Live chat widget from Elfsight to my free wordpress website ..Can someone advise here..thanks..

    By design, this is not possible on the WordPress.com Free plan because using the Elfsight widget requires adding code to your website.

    Here is a link that explains what code works on the Free plan and the other WordPress.com plans:

    With a WordPress.com website, you need to upgrade to the Business plan.

    The way most live chat services integrate with WordPress, you paste code into the site or use a plugin that does this for you. With either of these approaches, the Business plan is the lowest cost service on WordPress.com that supports this level of customization.
