WhatsApp social chat not delating

  Hi,

  I had installed a free WhatsApp social chat plugin, and now I am trying to delete it, but it is not being deleted. Despite deactivating it, the icon is still showing on the website. I have even cleared the cache, but the problem is still the same.

  Could you please confirm whether you are using WordPress.com hosting or a self-hosted WordPress.org site? If you’re unsure, visit https://wordpress.com/site-profiler and enter your site’s domain to check.

  If you are using a self-hosted WordPress site, it is recommended to open a support ticket in the relevant support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.

  Also, if you haven’t manually added the shortcode for the WhatsApp plugin to your webpage, the icon should not appear. Instead, you might see broken text like [shortcode]. Please verify how you have implemented the WhatsApp icon after installing the plugin.
