Whay won't the Parent page show the subpage or show a dropdown?

  i linked a page to a parent, ‘ABOUT’. It says it was published. I can find it in ‘SEARCH’ but can’t see it anywhere. No drop down under .about.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
