  Hi there, it looks like whdh.com is hosted on the WordPress.com VIP program, so I believe you should have a direct link to the VIP Support portal right in your Dashboard, as long as you are logged in with the correct account. If you don’t see that you can log in at https://wordpressvip.zendesk.com/ for assistance.
