  If you’re an unpaid helper there and don’t have that sort of access when will one of the paid workers be there to help with my URGENT problem?

  Fair Enough,
  But could you look at one other possibility first?
  When I set up that domain (http://janeharveyberrick.com/) I should have at least set myself up as an administrator to that blog under the email (email visible only to moderators and staff).
  If that’s the case, can you email me at that address, the ‘reset’ password?

  You should be able to check that yourself. Log out, then go to http://janeharveyberrick.com/wp-admin and put in your old username and click “forgot password” and it will automatically email the email registered with the account.

  Yeah! It’s okay to say ‘so just wait for their assistance’ but I was supposed to get this done for a client by my Monday. And my time right now is 6:12pm on a Sunday night. So I’m more or less f***ed because I can’t remember the username and log-on.
