I have exceded my Free Blog 3GB space and intend to upgrade.
I have two questions:
1st. What happens when I exceed the 10GB?
2nd. My domain name changes and no longer has “wordpress” and becomes .meThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I am thinking about upgrading. However, my question was: What happens when I exceed the 10GB? That comes with the $99 per year fee?

The bundle comes with a custom domain and domain mapping, but you don’t have to use them if you don’t want to.
You will have 13 GB total. If you attempt to upload things that put you over that total, the upload will fail. You can buy more space upgrades if you want.

If there is an existing domain you’ve already registered, you can map it to a WordPress.com site by following these instructions:
As previously stated, you can add a new domain, like enmanscamera.me, to your site here:
