When accessing wp-admin, it shows domain-name.wordpress.com/wp-admin
-
I’ve updated the nameservers and set the primary domain to domain-name.com instead of domain-name.wordpress.com in Store -> My Domains, but:
1. (Main Issue) When I access domain-name.com/wp-admin/, I’m redirected to domain-name.wordpress.com/wp-admin/. I’d like to not see the domain-name.wordpress.com when accessing wp-admin or anything at all.
2. (Minor Issue) When I access my website through Chrome, it says that the page contains a redirect loop and the address bar says “domain-name.wordpress.com”. I have to reload the page, and once I do the site shows up and the address bar changes to “domain-name.com”.
How can I get rid of the domain-name.wordpress.com completely?
Thanks.

Hi there,
Please see my answers below!
When I access domain-name.com/wp-admin/, I’m redirected to domain-name.wordpress.com/wp-admin/. I’d like to not see the domain-name.wordpress.com when accessing wp-admin or anything at all.
The domain-name.wordpress.com address is only for admin purposes. You will see that from your Dashboard whenever you’re editing your site. This is unable to be changed. However, your visitors will only see your primary domain betakbetak.com.
When I access my website through Chrome, it says that the page contains a redirect loop and the address bar says “domain-name.wordpress.com”. I have to reload the page, and once I do the site shows up and the address bar changes to “domain-name.com”.
This is likely just a caching issue from your browser. Can you try clearing your browser’s cache? Instructions can be found here:
