When am I going to be able to fix my dns settings?

    I have tried repeatedly to modify the settings on the Domains portion of the site. However, every time I click “Domains”, it says that something went wrong and it it Matt’s fault. Who is Matt? Why is he messing with my site? Is he planning on fixing the crap he broke or what?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh, and please keep Matt away from the computer- he’s dangerous.

    Also, if you could send a picture of a grizzly bear fighting a Velociraptor, that would be awesome. (It would make up for Matt messing with my stuff…)

    Ouch, I’m really sorry this is happening.

    We sometimes have server issues, and the error message that comes up is meant to be a friendly and slightly comical way of explaining that things aren’t right, but we are working on them.

    We were having some issues related to domains a few minutes ago, but they look to be mostly cleared by now. Can you try clearing out your browser’s cache (just to rule that out), and then trying to modify your domain settings again?

    Matt is this guy – the founder and Chief BBQ Taste Tester of Automattic. We love to blame him when stuff goes wrong (especially if it isn’t his fault.)

    As for your picture, I’m not a master Photoshopper, but I did find this. Will that suffice? :)

    LOL, I know the comical error message is meant to be exactly that- I just thought I’d continue with the funny.

    Yes. Blame Matt. Blame him for many, many things.
    As for the bear fighting the velociraptors, that is awesome. I now have new wallpaper- thank you, coffeemammatt- you have certainly delivered happiness.

    I can now edit the custom DNS page, and am a happy person once again. If I could buy you a coffee, I would. Thank you.
