when are you going to refund my payment? Domain was cancelled!!

    i asked my bank to return the overdraft fee and this is the answer i was given:
    ‘WordPress did not refund the whole amount that was taken so we cannot refund the fee’
    This has caused me a lot of problems
    Word press withdrew 123. 76. Then only refunded 101.76. They did not refund the 22.00 for the cancelled domain part of the payment. So now i have the balance plus the overdraft fee to pay. They are waiting for the other refund to go through. the domain was dropped immediately. the refund should have gone to the account the same day.

    yes, the domain name was cancelled immediately

    refund the 22.00 . cancel the professional email subscription. i will upgrade again when my bank account is cleared up. i will know when that is possible. Meantime the bank will not remove the 25.00 overdraft fee until WP refunds the 22.00 it withdrew.
