    How do I fix this error that comes up when I try to edit a post?

    The editor has encountered an unexpected error.

    Hi there,

    Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. Are you trying to edit a post via My Site ->Blog Posts, or via Posts ->All Posts in WP-Admin?

    If the second option, this is not something we can help with in this forum. In that case, please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead for help:
