    The theme i purchased is unsuitable so i would like to process refund and explore other themes. However when trying to process my refund it does not go through when i attempt to confirm the cancellation , stating ‘User can not access this Private blog’.

    What does this mean??? Why can i not access this blog if it is mine and i bought it??? This is extremely frustrating. Please assist .
