When can I expect to receive my refund for a cancelled domain?

I cancelled the domain “girlgonebradshaw.com” the day after the purchase was made. I previously reached out about not having received my refund and was told that I would be receiving it shortly. That was over a month ago. I just wanted to know when I would be receiving it and if there are any steps that I need to take to make sure that it is processed this time around.

Hi there,
I see where you previously requested this in our private support forum. Sam offered to cancel and refund the domain, but asked for your confirmation that you want the domain cancelled before doing so. Without your reply, he did not cancel the domain nor initiate the refund.
I’ve now cancelled the domain and initiated the refund. If you do not see the refund appear on a bank statement within 9 business days, please let me know and I’ll have it investigated further.
