When do you allow other plug ins to be integrated to WordPress.com?

Hello. How do I display an attention grabbing Text Widget in my home page? The text widget in wordpress.com is limited. It’s kind of boring (pls see my home page). If I am the one reading I would not be impressed. I could not even change the font color and size. And it is not automated…
Please please please allow integration of other plug ins like Get Response so that my “call to action” would catch the attention of the one reading.
I really like your service except the limited plug ins that supposedly will make a website more appealing to people…
Incidentally, when will I qualify to transfer my domain to other host? Can I now delete my
other url –> royaleonlinebusiness.wordpress.com. It will not affect my domain jessicacatarig.com?Thank you!
