When Editing – Get blank screen

When I click “edit” it takes me to a blank white screen…..seems to happen when I try to chat with help and any page
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can I ask what browser and version you are using? Does this same thing happen if you log in with attempt to edit with a different browser?

It allowed me to edit with Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome. This has never happened before.

Hi alleganylmb, so it’s likely something in Chrome is blocking it.
It could be you just need to clear your cache.
It might be that you have an extension that’s blocking it.
Or it could be a setting (which could be a trickier to find.)
Would you be willing to try clearing your cache first?
And if that does not help, check what extensions you have by typing this in your address bar:
chrome://extensions/and let us know what’s there. You can try disabling them all temporarily, even, and turning them back on one at a time and testing your site in between. -
I cleared cache didn’t help, still get blank screen.
The only extensions in Chrome are Google Docs Offline, Docs, Sheets and Slides -
Try going to a new incognito window in Chrome and see whether you get the blank screen there.

I was able to access the page when I was incognito in Chrome. Why is this happening in regular Chrome?

I would try temporarily disabling the extensions you mention and see if that does the trick. Do you remember making any changes to Chrome before noticing this issue?

No changes to Chrome that I am aware of. I will try disabling the extensions, or just use Internet Explorer when making changes. Thanks
