When editing HTML my page keeps shotting to the top

Hi all,
Been blogging here for 3 years and loving it. However in the last few months I have noticed when I am in the dashboard, editing an already existing page or post, when I scroll down the page to get to where I want to edit, before I cna even clink in the space to edit, the browser throws me back right to the top of the page I am in. I need to edit the page in the HTML view as there are pictures involved, otehrwise I would just use the Visual view.
It is very frustrating and I have tried leaving the page and going back in but nothing seems to help.
Any ideas why this would be happening?

Which browser and version of it are you using? Have you tried another browser?
