When editing, I cannot separate my paragraphs.

I was writing a blog and when I previewed it, the paragraphs run together. They don’t look like that when I’m in editing mode. But when I preview or post the blog, the paragraphs run into each other. There are no spaces even though I have spaces when I’m in editor mode. What could be the cause of this?
