  when ever I post to my blog, it post the whose story to the page instead of a short one at first the after clicking on the link it should take me to the real article! pls help

  You can use the More tag to break up the content so only a part of it shows on the blog post listing:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

  Edit: it looks like the theme you’re using displays the whole post for the first several posts, then excerpts for the remaining posts. This is a feature of the theme, and not something you can change. If you want all of your posts to display excerpts, you can either follow my directions above, or find a theme that only displays excerpts in the blog post listing.
