When going to my blog, I am redirected to install WordPress

  I’ve typed in my blog name, clicked the link from my Instagram page, and each time I am redirected to this link https://inexpensivechic.com/wp-admin/install.php where I am asked to choose my language and install WordPress. I am not sure why this is happening, and I am hoping other people who click to my site aren’t experiencing this too. How do I stop this from happening?
