When I add image to a post to show on the home page. That same pictures pops up in all other posts.

    How do I add picture to my post so it shows on the home page? I have tried to add the picture to one post but the same pictures pops up as picture to the other posts.

    Hi there,

    Do you mean like a thumbnail that appears for each post on the homepage?

    You can do that by adding a featured image to your posts.

    First, edit each post at Posts ->All Posts. In the editor, look for the tab on the right that says “Featured image”. Click on that, upload an image or select one from the library, and update the post. Do this for all the posts you want to display a featured image.

    Next you need to change your homepage template so it will display featured images for posts. To do this, go to Appearance ->Editor. You should see your front page there.

    Then follow this step to insert a Post Featured Image block:

    You’ll notice if you add that to one post, the placeholder block will automatically appear on all the posts. Save the template, and now when you view your actual front page at http://thejourneycreator.wordpress.com/, each post should display the featured image you assigned to it.
