When I add the "Contact Form" it autofills with my information

  Hello,
  I looked and looked and couldn’t find anyone with this same problem. Despite being on here for three years, I’m still learning and decided to add a Contact Form on my home page. I added it, no problem, but when I proof it, it has MY information. I deleted, quit out of wordpress, logged back in and added it again but it still autofills. Any ideas how to fix this?
