When I am on my page, it doesn't show I am logged in.

When I go to my page, it shows I am not signed in. Today I upgraded myself from wordpress.com to my own domein. It is now http://www.thevoiceofsubmission.com yet to WordPress it is still showing with wordpress.com at the end. How can this be changed, because the view-counter rises by every time I click throughout my page. I want the top edit-bar to appear also when I am on my site, and not only when I am visiting other blogs. Has this happened because I made it my own domein?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Another issue of mine is that if I am on another site of another blogger with their own domein too, that there is no way I can subscribe to their posts. If I click on Follow and I enter my email adress, it shows ”Your subscription did not succeed, please try again with a valid email address.”. It -is- actually a valid email adress, so I am confused what the issue is..

Hi there,
After looking into your account, I found that you set the Primary Domain as thevoiceofsubmission.wordpress.com. I have updated to thevoiceofsubmission.com as seen in this screenshot below:
Please log out fully of WordPress.com and log back in through this link to get into your Dashboard:
http://thevoiceofsubmission.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
Also, once you are logged in you can follow other WordPress.com blogs through the Follow link at the top of the page. You can see where it is through this screenshot:
It will have you automatically follow the blog and you won’t have to put in your email address since you are a WordPress.com user.
Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
