    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org ) but hosted elsewhere.

    We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    Are you seeing the problem after you log in here?

    If so, did you use a username/password or the “login with WordPress.com” button?

    If it was the button, you may have some problems with the Jetpack plugin which adds that feature to your site and you should reach out to their support and they can look into this for you.

    If you used the username and password, reach out to your hosting provider Bluehost and they can help narrow down why you’re getting a critical error after logging into your site.
