When I cancelled my Premium Upgrade, why did WordPress also cancel my Personal Subscription?

I had a Personal Subscription, and I upgraded it to Premium today.
I tried to cancel my Premium Upgrade (just the Premium Upgrade) from my WordPress account. The refund for the Premium Upgrade (again, just the Premium Upgrade) went through and I got a receipt for it.
However, it also looks like WordPress seems to have gotten rid of my Personal subscription as well, without a refund or receipt. How do I get this back without re-paying for the subscription?

Are you logged in under the exact same username account that registered the underlying .wordpress.com site and purchased the upgrades for it?
What is the URL of the domain you purchased?
If you are not logged in under the correct WordPress.COM username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies prior to logging into another account
